The S.KI SOLID with rounded steel tipper body made of wear-resistant fine-grain steel sets the standard for construction site transport tasks and is the best-selling model in Europe. Customers appreciate the flexibility of the vehicle, which offers a high payload, long service life, excellent driving stability thanks to a low centre of gravity and a loading volume of 22–32m³.
The EXPRESS version of the vehicle is available with a short delivery time of just seven working days. So, when you have a peak period, you no longer need to resort to replacement vehicles or second-hand offers, which in most cases are not optimally designed for the required application. Despite the short delivery time of 7 working days – from receipt of order to delivery (excluding transfer) – many configuration options are possible for the new vehicle, right down to the paintwork.​

Flexible and economical tipper trailer for construction site use 

The S.KI SOLID tipper trailer with hydraulic rear wall flap is a universal and robust construction site vehicle that is characterised by high flexibility and economy. With a volume of 24m³ and a weight-optimised design, it offers a high payload and is ideal for tough construction site use.
The optional hydraulic tailgate is ideal for frequent tipping and transporting large rocks. It offers three functions that can be selected using a switch: controlled tipping, pendulum function and full opening. This means that a single tailgate can be used for a range of applications.

Maximum payload for asphalt and bulk material transport 

The S.KI LIGHT tipper trailer with aluminium box body is the ideal solution for transporting bulk materials such as sand, gravel and grit. The S.KI LIGHT is also available with thermal insulation for asphalt transport. This weight-optimised transport solution fulfils the required insulation values (DIN 70001 standard) and offers a high payload with a tare weight starting at 5.1 t.

To avoid overloading and to ensure optimum unloading, Schmitz Cargobull offers an optional digital on-board weighing system. The on-board weighing system allows the driver to ensure and document the optimum payload of the tipper trailer at the loading location. It can be operated intuitively via smartphone or tablet using the beSmart app.

The W.KI swap-body bulk material container made of steel is a versatile and robust solution for the transport of bulk materials by road, rail, and ship. With a volume of approx. 21m³ and the option of intermodal use via the 20' interface, this container offers maximum flexibility. Thanks to the use of high-strength steels, the W.KI is particularly robust and durable. It can be stacked multiple times, even when loaded, and features Twistlock ISO container locks for secure fastening. The overlying flap with 90° pendulum function and rubber seal enables simple and safe unloading. The container can be optionally equipped with a roll-up tarpaulin or sliding roof.
