Schmitz Cargobull names its Service Partners of the Year 2024

September 2024 – This year once again sees 33 service partners from across Europe receiving the honour of being named “Service Partners of the Year” by Schmitz Cargobull. These awards honour the best workshops and service centres in Schmitz Cargobull’s Service Partner network.

Schmitz Cargobull promises its customers a high standard of service for maximum vehicle availability. To deliver on this promise, the company works with authorised service partners across Europe. The businesses named “Service Partners of the Year” go the extra mile to deliver reliable and successful breakdown assistance, offer the best workshop quality and in-depth customer support. For Schmitz Cargobull, this also includes optimum cooperation when dealing with Full Service contracts and warranty cases. A further requirement for the coveted award is a high availability of spare parts to ensure that customers and their trailers can get back on the road again quickly.

At present, there are around 1,400 authorised Schmitz Cargobull service partners across Europe to provide services for trailers, tyres, cooling units and telematics systems as well as high spare parts availability. Thanks to ongoing training courses both in person and online, service partners receive regular training and specialise in Schmitz Cargobull products and services.
