The body is built without support laths for fast and secure loading and unloading. The tarpaulin is equipped with loops for flexible rear load securing combined with comprehensive certification.

The standard curtain used on the curtainsider is extremely smooth-running and so can be opened and closed quickly and easily using only one hand.

Dropsides, either 620 or 720 mm in height, can be combined with a short or long sliding curtain.

The anodised aluminium profile rear wall doors are lightweight, durable and corrosion-resistant.
The doors' profile construction means that they can be simply repaired in the event of damage.

As the trailer is approaching a ramp, the rubber bumpers protect the trailer body from damage by bumps, and impact shocks are dampened. The bumpers prevent expensive and time-consuming repairs.

Roller corner bumpers compensate for vertical motion during loading and unloading on the ramp. The rubber bumpers prevent damage to the rear portal, protecting the semi-trailer.

The compressible stainless steel bumpers compensate for vertical movements under load and absorb impact shocks. The trailer body is protected and the impact force is directed into the chassis.

When it is exposed to impact shocks, the trailer is protected by the steel corner bumpers with continuous delta steel bumper strips. This continuous combination of bumper and steel bumper strip evenly transfers the forces.

When a trailer is frequently loaded by forklift, the rearmost base plate is often exposed to increased wear and tear. To protect it, an additional base plate is fitted at the rear portal, extending the service life of the trailer.

Robust and durable perforated floors for various stacker axle loads are available. The floor plates are sealed to prevent moisture from reaching the freight from below.

And for convenient loading and unloading, the roof can be raised to increase the side through-loading height, enabling simple loading. This prevents damage to the load and roof.

The standard Safety Roof also contributes to the strength of the trailer body. The Safety Roof can be slid forward or backwards and stopped in an open position for loading and unloading by crane.

The Roof Safety Airbag (RSAB) improves safety in traffic. When inflated, the RSAB creates a bulge in the roof, causing water to run off and preventing ice formation in winter.

Safely and securely to your destination. The optional wire mesh anti-theft protection in the roof prevents it from being cut, protecting against theft and unwanted penetration.

The tyre re-pressurisation system checks the tyre pressure and automatically inflates the tyre if required. This results in lower tyre wear and improved driving characteristics.

The tire pressure monitoring system indicates when you need to top up the air in a tire. With autolocation the sensor is assigned to the correct tyre position. The Schmitz Cargobull sensor learns independently and records the tyre pressure and tyre temperature data. With the correct tire pressure, the tires wear less and you save fuel due to the improved rolling resistance.     

The standard coil combi-supports are also suitable for securing conventional coil dimensions. The supports can be utilised in the coil well to secure steel coils and also on the outer frame to secure flat steel.

This coil securing support stands out in particular on account of its high blocking force. The support is ideal for the load securing of slit strips with large diameters, for example

The coil securing supports with cross-beam are suitable for securing small coils which are narrower than the spacing between the stanchion pockets.

The mobile front wall enables loads to be secured to the rear. The cross-beam is locked in the continuous lashing holes and can be flexibly used over the entire length of the trailer.

The curtain loops integrated in the POWER CURTAIN curtain provide flexible load securing options with excellent blocking forces, while being easy to use.

Spacing slats are folded up so that they interlock along the sides for the transportation of well pallets or octabins.

The stanchions inserted in the floor can be used for form-fitting loading, providing yet another flexible load securing option. They efficiently secure in place longer materials, among other things.

The lashing eyes, with a pulling force of up to 6 tonnes, provide flexible load securing points. They fit all common hooks for fast load securing, and chains can also be locked in them.

These standard lashing holes in the outer frame or optionally in the pallet stop mean that your load can be very quickly, efficiently and flexibly secured. The lashing holes fit all popular hooks.

The system, which fits between the roof beams, provides for individualised load securing, simplifying goods handling for all operators involved as there is no need to clamber over the goods.
