    To register for the Cargobull PartnerConnect portal, all relevant employees of authorised Schmitz Cargobull Service Partners will receive a registration email. 
    Please click on the link in the email to create your Cargobull ID, which will automatically give you access to the Cargobull PartnerConnect portal. To verify your data, you must first log in to the Cargobull Service Portal. 
     
  • How can I see if I already have a Cargobull ID?
    To check whether you have already created a Cargobull ID, log in to the service portal: Home page - Cargobull Parts & Services service portal (cargobull-serviceportal.de). See the note under your user name. (Button "Login Serviceportal")
  • What do I have to do to apply for a Cargobull ID?
    If you have not yet received an invitation to create a Cargobull ID, please send us an e-mail describing the specific purpose for which you would like to use Cargobull PartnerConnect to: support.partnerconnect@cargobull.com

    Once you have successfully created your Cargobull ID, you are automatically registered for the Cargobull PartnerConnect portal! For optimal use of the Cargobull PartnerConnect portal, we recommend our training courses in the CargobullCampus: CargobullCampus

    Only authorised Schmitz Cargobull service partners with a Cargobull ID who are registered in the Cargobull service portal can log in to the Cargobull PartnerConnect portal. 
  • How can I see if I am registered in the Cargobull service portal?

  • How can I register in the Cargobull service portal?
    To register as an authorised service partner for Cargobull PartnerConnect, you must first register in the Cargobull service portal. You can register here.

    As an employee of our authorised service partners, you will then receive a registration email to register for the Cargobull PartnerConnect portal. Please first click on the link in the email to create your Cargobull ID, which will automatically give you access to the Cargobull PartnerConnect portal. To verify your data, you will then need to log in to the Cargobull service portal.
With Cargobull PartnerConnect, we provide the functions relevant to your various tasks as an authorized service partner in line with your needs:

Tom and Sam:
“As a mechatronics technician, I am responsible for the repair and maintenance of our customer vehicles. I use the technical support to get the necessary support for trailers, telematics and the cooling unit.”

Chris:
“As a clerk, I am responsible for processing and invoicing repairs and maintenance. I can claim warranties for customer vehicles and request support for commercial processing. I also have the opportunity to take on the role of Sam and Tom.”

Johanna:
“As Managing Director, I am responsible for the operational workshop business. I can edit opening hours and contact details. I can also track the status of support requests and view evaluations of our warranty claims. I can also support Sam, Tom and Chris.”

As part of the contractual partnership, as an authorized service partner, you may accept warranty claims from our mutual customers and, after prior approval from our customer service, carry out repairs on the complained about Schmitz Cargobull products in accordance with standardized specifications.

On the new Cargobull PartnerConnect portal, as an authorized service partner, you can see all your account and login information at a glance and update it yourself. Ensuring that your data is always up to date is key to providing our customers with the most accurate and relevant information available.

Schmitz Cargobull has developed a system for this purpose, the EPOS = Electronic Parts Documentation and Ordering System.  Spare parts can not only be identified quickly, but can also be transferred directly to the shopping basket and ordered at the click of a mouse.

When repairs are necessary, having a streamlined process for quickly finding the right spare parts is essential to minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient repairs.

In our Cargobull Repair System, as an authorized service partner, you can bill for repair and maintenance work as well as inspections that you carry out on trailers with a service contract.

All customer vehicles with a service contract are listed there with additional information on the equipment of the trailer as well as due maintenance and statutory inspections.

    The Cargobull Repair System is available to you in the service portal for billing repair and maintenance work and inspections that you carry out on trailers with a service contract. As an authorized service partner of Schmitz Cargobull, you are activated for the Cargobull Repair System. Click here to get there.

  • As a service partner, how can I submit a warranty claim for a Schmitz Cargobull product? / How can defects in Schmitz Cargobull products reported by customers be reported?
    As part of the contractual partnership, you as a service partner may process Schmitz Cargobull products with a warranty claim and repair them in accordance with standardized specifications and prior approval by customer service.   • My company details (contact details, opening hours, breakdown times, etc.) have changed. Where can I change them?
    To view or change your stored company data, log in to the Cargobull PartnerConnect Portal and select your account and login information. You can find out how to log in to the Cargobull PartnerConnect Portal here.
  • How can I register in the Cargobull PartnerConnect portal?

    For registration for the Cargobull PartnerConnect Portal, all relevant employees of authorised Schmitz Cargobull Service Partners will receive a registration email. Please first click on the link in the email to create your Cargobull ID, which will automatically give you access to the Cargobull PartnerConnect Portal.   • How do I log in to the Cargobull PartnerConnect portal?

  • I cannot find access to the warranty application. How do I get access?

    The authorizations of the individual users and the associated access to the individual portal areas are determined in consultation with your company prior to user activation. If there is a need for a different authorization level, you can easily request this via the support function. To do this, please create a new support request and select the "Other" entry in the category selection. Now please enter First and last name of the user, as well as the information that access to the warranty processing area is required. Our support team will take care of your request as quickly as possible.

  • I am still having problems entering the warranty claim. Where can I get additional help?

  • I do not have access to my company data in the Cargobull PartnerConnect portal. What do I have to do?

    The authorizations of the individual users and the associated access to the individual portal areas are determined in consultation with your company prior to user activation. If there is a need for a different authorization level, you can easily request this via the support function. To do this, please create a new support request and select the "Other" entry in the category selection. Now please enter the first and last name of the user, as well as the information that access to the My Account area is required. If the applicant and the user account to be changed are the same, our support team reserves the right to first verify the request with a user in your company who already has access to the "My Account" area.

  • I have a problem entering a support request. Where can I get additional help?
